戴元放:1998年9月～2000年5月,任江苏省邮电管理局局长、党组书记,2000年7月起,先后担任了中国电信集团江苏省电信公司总经理、党组书记、江苏省通信学会理事长等职。多年来,他一直心系江苏通信业的发展,此文中,他不仅回顾了他所亲历的江苏通信行业的政企分离过程,同时也站在江苏邮电大发展征程中一员老将的角度,谈了他对江苏通信监管这几年迅速转型、积极作为、成绩斐然的点滴感受。
Dai Yuan Fang: From September 1998 to May 2000, he served as Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Administration and Party Secretary.
