针对黄河水资源日益短缺、河套灌区引黄水量限额配置调整等问题 ,对节水灌溉对策进行了分析 ,指出应改进、完善工程设施 ,进行以渠系防渗为中心的灌区技术改造 ;开发利用地下水 ,发展井灌 ;推广非充分灌溉技术 ,合理确定作物种植比例和灌溉定额 ,以缓解引黄水量限额与农业生产需水量的矛盾 ,实现河套灌区农业生产的可持续发展
In view of the increasing shortage of water resources in the Yellow River and the adjustment of the quota allocation of water diversion from the Yellow River to the Yellow River, the countermeasures for water-saving irrigation are analyzed, and the improvement and improvement of engineering facilities are needed to carry out the technological transformation of irrigated areas with canal seepage prevention as the center.
