“双补”专题讨论从今年第一期开始已经进行了不算短的一段时间了,大家对这个题目感兴趣,投来了不少稿件,发表了很好的意见。我们从中选择了十几篇较有代表性的刊出。“双补”作为职工教育的一项阶段性工作已经结束,它取得了巨大的成绩,也给人们留下思考。讨论的目的就是通过分析和研究“双补”中存在的成绩和不足,总结经验教训,为改革职工教育提供殷鉴。在发表的文章中,有的是从局部或从某一个问题入手,分析问题存在的原因;有的是从整体出发,旨在宏观认识。讨论中各抒己见,体现出探讨研究的争鸣气氛。通过讨论,更深入地研究了问题,提高了认识。应该说,讨论基本上取得了预
Since the first phase of this year, the topic of “double subsidy” has been going on for quite some time now. Everyone is interested in this topic, casting a lot of manuscripts and making good opinions. We have chosen more than a dozen representative publications. As a phased work of staff education, “double subsidy” has come to an end. It has made great achievements and also left people thinking.
