为了预测多点激光微冲击成形情况,采用ABAQUS软件建立多点激光微冲击成形的有限元模型,并对模拟结果进行实验验证;在此基础上,研究工艺参数对激光微冲击成形的影响规律。结果表明:多点激光微冲击成形数值模拟有效地展示了激光冲击区域的三维变形特征,并且特征路径上表面形貌分布与实验结果吻合。板材最大变形量随激光能量、搭接率和光斑直径的变化规律,与实验结果一致,证实采用数值模拟的方法能有效的预测多点激光冲击成形特征,为多点激光微冲击工艺研究提供指导。
In order to predict the multi-point laser micro-impact forming, a multi-point laser micro-impact forming finite element model was established by ABAQUS software. The simulation results were verified by experiments. On this basis, the influence of processing parameters on laser micro-impact forming was studied. The results show that the numerical simulation of multi-spot laser micro-impact forming effectively shows the three-dimensional deformation characteristics of the laser impact zone, and the surface topography distribution along the characteristic path agrees well with the experimental results. The results show that the numerical simulation method can effectively predict the multi-point laser impact forming characteristics and provide guidance for the multi-point laser micro-impact technology research. The maximum deformation of the plate with the laser energy, lap rate and spot diameter changes consistent with the experimental results .
