矿井长距离巷道掘进时,矿用局部通风机存在压力不足问题。以实体局部通风机为基础,应用Turbo工具建立了局部通风机三维模型。应用FLUENT软件分析了局部通风机内流机制,优化了局部通风机翼型。对比分析了优化前后局部通风机压力和速度矢量,结果表明,优化后局部通风机性能得到一定改善,出口全压提高了20.155%,出口静压提高了24.321%。优化后局部通风机内部流场合理,没有明显的分离和回流。
Mine long-distance roadway tunneling, mine local fan pressure shortage exists. Based on the physical local ventilator, a three-dimensional model of the local ventilator is established by using Turbo tools. FLUENT software was used to analyze the local fan inflow mechanism and optimize the local airfoil. The results showed that the performance of the local ventilator was improved after the optimization. The total pressure at the outlet increased by 20.155% and the static pressure at the outlet increased by 24.321%. After optimization, the flow field inside the local ventilator is reasonable and there is no obvious separation and backflow.
