本文通过正交试验研究了生产球铁曲轴时添加锑、铝的最佳含量。试验结果表明,铸铁中锑、铝的最佳含量分别为70—80、80—90ppm,且重现性好。微量锑可细化球径,适量增加球墨数,且具有良好的稳定珠光阵作用,游离渗碳体甚微。微量铝利于球墨形核,促进球墨数增加,且在控制铁素体量上有积极作用,但不产生针孔。因此,球铁组织和性能明显改善。实践证明,用该球化剂生产的球铁曲轴具有良好的综合机械性能。
In this paper, the optimum content of antimony and aluminum added during the production of ductile iron crankshaft was studied by orthogonal test. The test results show that the best content of antimony and aluminum in cast iron are 70-80, 80-90ppm respectively, and the reproducibility is good. Trace antimony can refine the ball diameter, increase the number of nodules properly, and has a good role in the stability of pearlite, free cementite little. Trace amount of aluminum is conducive to nodular nucleation, to promote the increase in the number of nodules, and in the control of the amount of ferrite has a positive effect, but does not produce pinholes. As a result, ductile iron organization and performance have been significantly improved. Practice has proved that with the nodular cast iron crankshaft has a good overall mechanical properties.
