肾上腺位于肾脏上端,左右各一,在人类分为皮质和髓质。其中肾上腺皮质按形态学和生理功能又可分为三个带。最外层由低往状细胞组成,往往集合成球形或弧形,故被称为球状带。分泌的激素作用于水盐代谢,固而命名为盐皮质激素,以醛固酮(Aldosterone)为代表。中间层由多角形细胞组成,排列成放射状,故名束状带,主要分泌肾上腺糖皮质激素(glucocortcoid)主要调节糖代射,以皮质醇(氢代可的松)为代表。最内层由多角形细胞组成网状带,多延深入髓质,主要分泌皮质醇及少量氮类激素,调节蛋白质代谢及生长发育。三个带之间在功能上有重叠现象。如糖皮质激素对蛋白质代谢、水盐代谢也有一定的影
The adrenal is located in the upper kidney, about one each, divided into cortex and medulla in humans. Adrenal cortex which morphological and physiological functions can be divided into three bands. The outermost cells are composed of low towards the shape, often set into a spherical or arc, it is called a spherical zone. Secreted hormones in water and salt metabolism, solid and named mineralocorticoid, aldosterone (Aldosterone) as the representative. The middle layer is composed of polygonal cells, arranged in a radial, hence the name fascia, the main secretion of glucocortcoid adrenergic glucocorticoid (glucocortcoid) mainly to regulate sugar replacement, cortisol (hydrocortisone) as the representative. The innermost layer composed of polygonal cells reticular band, and more into the medulla, mainly the secretion of cortisol and a small amount of nitrogen hormones, regulate protein metabolism and growth.
