在碎石层缓冲路基差异沉降的基础上,分析了碎石层变形缓冲前后支撑模量的变化,并提出了有限元计算模型,计算了水泥混凝土路面在均匀支撑、有碎石层差异变形缓冲调节后、无碎石层完全脱空等3种支撑状态下的挠度及应力。根据模型计算结果发现,碎石层不但可以从变形上消除路基出现的差异沉降,而且可以减小路面结构在差异沉降发生时产生的附加应力。
Based on the differential subsidence of the embankment cushioned by the gravel layer, the change of the supporting modulus before and after the deformation of the gravel layer was analyzed, and the finite element calculation model was proposed. The effect of the uniform deformation of the pavement on the cement concrete pavement was analyzed. After adjustment, there is no deflection and stress under the three kinds of supporting conditions such as completely emptying without crushed stone layer. According to the calculation results of the model, it can be found that the gravel layer can not only eliminate the differential settlement of roadbed from the deformation, but also reduce the additional stress caused by the pavement structure during differential settlement.
