目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBPS)对训练大鼠肝和肾脏超微结构的保护作用。方法在训练、用药和正常对照三个组按时取材后,制成标本电镜观察。结果显示游泳训练组大鼠肝细胞内糖原颗粒减少,肾小管细胞的微绒毛部分或全部消失,二者细胞内的线粒体肿胀,其嵴被破坏。溶酶体膜受损,但训练加服枸杞多糖组无上述损坏而显示正常的肝、肾结构。结论枸杞多糖对大鼠剧烈运动后的肝脏和肾脏细胞有保护作用,以维持其正常功能。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBPS) on the ultrastructure of liver and kidney in trained rats. Methods After the training, medication, and normal control groups were drawn on time, the specimens were prepared for electron microscopy observation. The results showed that the number of glycogen granules in the hepatocytes of the swimming training group decreased, and some or all of the microvilli of the tubular cells disappeared. The mitochondria in both cells swelled and their iliac crests were destroyed. The lysosomal membranes were impaired, but the training plus quinone polysaccharide group showed no damage and showed normal liver and kidney structure. Conclusion The polysaccharides of Lycium barbarum can protect the liver and kidney cells after strenuous exercise in rats to maintain its normal function.
