本文研究了纸色层分析中微量金离子的吸附现象;找出了在许多国家药典中关于用纸上色层法(以7:2:1的丙酮-水-盐酸为溶剂)控制放射性胶体金-198注射液放化纯度时所存在的问题:由于微量金离子在纸上有严重的吸附,使金离子含量的分析值大为偏低。 本文通过实验,进一步提出预先用2%氯化铵溶液浸泡色层纸的方法,消除了金离子的吸附。本法所得金离子含量的色层分析结果与萃取分光光度法符合,可有效地控制产品质量。
In this paper, we studied the adsorption of trace gold ions in the paper chromatography analysis. We found that in many countries, the pharmacopoeial method for the control of radioactive colloidal gold by the paper chromatography (using 7: 2: 1 acetone-water- -198 Injection radiochemical purity of the problems: Since the trace gold ions in the paper has a serious adsorption, so that the analytical value of the gold ion content is much lower. In this paper, experiments were further advanced to pretreat the coated paper with 2% ammonium chloride solution to eliminate the adsorption of gold ions. The result of color-chromatography analysis of the gold ion content obtained by this method is in line with the extraction spectrophotometry, which can effectively control the product quality.
