能量代谢途径可以通过影响T细胞亚群分化发挥免疫调控效应。研究人员发现,组蛋白去乙酰化酶SIRT1可以抑制Th9细胞分化并且在抗肿瘤免疫和过敏性气道炎症疾病中发挥调控作用,主要由mTOR-HIF1α代谢途径介导其调控效应。该成果揭示了SIRT1-mTOR-HIF1α信号途径结合糖酵解代谢机制在诱导Th9细胞分化中的作用,为临床干预Th9细胞相关免疫疾病的代谢调控策略研究提供了实验依据。
Energy metabolism pathway can play an immunomodulatory effect by affecting T cell subsets differentiation. The researchers found that histone deacetylase SIRT1 can inhibit Th9 cell differentiation and play a regulatory role in anti-tumor immunity and allergic airway inflammation, mainly mediated by its mTOR-HIF1Î ± metabolic pathway. This result reveals the role of SIRT1-mTOR-HIF1|Á signaling pathway in the mechanism of glycolytic metabolism in inducing Th9 cell differentiation and provides an experimental basis for the study of metabolic regulation strategy of Th9 cell-associated immune diseases clinically.
