Based on 0.52 μm CMOS process, a novel synchronous injection oscillator for STM-16 data rate of SDH system is realized by introducing the injection synchronization technology based on the ring oscillator. The test results show that the oscillation The center frequency of the device is 2.488 GHz with a voltage tuning range of 150 MHz and a phase noise of -100 dBc / Hz @ 1 MHz. When injected into a signal with a peak-to-peak value of 50 mV, the phase noise is - 91 .7d Bc / Hz @ 1 0 k Hz and has a lock range of 100 MHz.
