在田径教学中,示范是一种常见的教学手段,也是一种生动、形象的直观教学方法。通过教师对具体动作范例的正确、优美、熟练示范,使学生真实地感知动作,建立正确的动作形象,引起学生“欣赏——羡慕——向往——积极实践”的连锁心理反射过程,激发学生的积极性和自觉性。因此,研究如何根据田径技术教学特点,灵活地运用示范方法,就显得十分必要。
