目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的染色体核型分析及其与MM临床预后的关系。方法:采用骨髓细胞24h短期培养法及常规制备染色体方法、G显带技术进行核型分析,同时进行治疗随访。结果:49例MM样本中检出11例异常核型,检出率为22.9%,其中染色体数目畸变为非整倍体,以超二倍体和亚二倍体多见,结构畸变以缺失、易位为主。结论:MM的细胞遗传学多以复杂畸变为主,涉及多种染色体数目结构畸变,与预后密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the karyotype analysis of multiple myeloma (MM) and its relationship with clinical prognosis of MM. Methods: The bone marrow cells 24h short-term culture method and conventional preparation of chromosome method, G banding karyotype analysis, at the same time for treatment follow-up. Results: Eleven cases of karyotype were detected in 49 cases of MM samples, the detection rate was 22.9%. The number of chromosomal aberrations was aneuploid, more often seen in hyper-diploids and sub-diploids, with no structural aberrations, Translocation based. CONCLUSIONS: Cytogenetics of MM mostly involves complex aberrations, which involve structural aberrations of multiple chromosome numbers and are closely related to prognosis.
