We added 5 to 10 μg/ml of PHA to the culture condition of LAK cells to establish a method for culturing LPAK cells (Lymphokine and PHA Activated killer cells) and adopt a method of separating lymphocytes with a small amount of blood for a longer period of time. The clinical application of LAK cells is easier to perform under general laboratory conditions. According to our experimental results, the significance of adding PHA is to promote LAK cells.
