应用新化学疗法治疗移植吉田腹水肝癌细胞AH109A和AH272的大鼠,并对其血中凝血系统改变进行比较研究。结果发现:移植AH109A细胞的实验组大鼠,在疗效显著、肿瘤迅速缩小的同时,出现血小板减少、纤维蛋白原增加、凝血酶原时间延长;而AH272实验组及其他对照组动物,则无明显改变。上述结果提示荷癌大鼠化疗后的凝血系统改变与移植肿瘤细胞系的特性相关。在某些肿瘤化疗效果显著时,应注意凝血系统的变化及DIC的发生。
The application of neo-chemotherapy in the treatment of transplanted Yoshida ascites hepatoma cells AH109A and AH272 in rats, and its blood coagulation system were compared. The results showed that: the experimental group rats AH109A transplantation, significant effect, the tumor rapidly reduced at the same time, there thrombocytopenia, fibrinogen increased prothrombin time; and AH272 experimental group and other control animals, no significant change. The above results suggest that the changes of coagulation system in cancer-bearing rats after chemotherapy are related to the characteristics of the tumor cell lines transplanted. Chemotherapy in some significant effect of chemotherapy, should pay attention to changes in the coagulation system and the occurrence of DIC.
