采用有限元模拟方法,研究复合材料增强铝管的压溃吸能特性。首先通过与文献试验数据进行对比,验证有限元模型的准确性。然后研究薄弱环节设置、复合材料纤维铺层角度、加载方式对复合材料增强铝管压溃吸能特性的影响。结果表明,端部圆孔薄弱环节设置能够有效改善管的吸能特性;随着复合材料纤维铺设角度的增大,管的吸能能力会随之增强;加载方式会对复合材料增强铝管的压溃吸能特性产生影响。
Finite element simulation method was used to study the crush energy absorption characteristics of the composite reinforced aluminum tube. Firstly, the accuracy of the finite element model is verified by comparing with the experimental data of the literature. Then, the influence of the setting of weak links, the angle of fiber layup and the loading mode on the crush energy absorption characteristics of the composite reinforced aluminum tube was studied. The results show that the weak point of the circular hole in the end can effectively improve the energy absorption characteristics of the pipe. With the increase of the laying angle of the composite fiber, the energy absorption capacity of the pipe increases. Crush energy absorption characteristics have an impact.
