目的:探讨创伤性睾丸脱位的诊断和治疗。方法:总结1996-2004年我院收治的4例创伤性睾丸脱位患者的诊治经验并复习相关文献。结果:4例共5枚脱位睾丸中,1枚因睾丸坏死而切除,4枚手术复位成功的睾丸中1枚针刺活检提示曲细精管数目减少,余活检未见异常,随访1～4年复位睾丸无进一步萎缩。结论:(1)彩超对于诊断和定位,以及手术复位时机的选择具有重要意义。(2)尽早手术复位是保存睾丸及其功能的关键。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic testicular dislocation. Methods: To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 4 cases of traumatic testicular dislocation in our hospital from 1996 to 2004 and review the related literatures. Results: Of the 5 cases with dislocation of testis in 4 cases, one was removed due to testicular necrosis. One needle biopsy in 4 cases of successful testicular reduction showed that the number of seminiferous tubules decreased and the remaining biopsy showed no abnormalities. The follow-up was 1 to 4 No further reduction in testicular reset. Conclusion: (1) Color Doppler ultrasound is of great significance for the diagnosis and location, as well as the timing of surgical reduction. (2) Early surgical resection is the key to preserve the testis and its function.
