如今的早餐供应点多,早餐供应的品种也很丰富,但大多是个体经营,路边经营,无照经营,也就是过去所说的正规军经营的少,游击队经营的多,饭菜质量和卫生都很令人担忧。各地饭店虽然很多,但经营早餐的不多。这里有两个问题需要解决,一是正规军为什么不愿意经营早餐,二是早餐应该如何经营?一些正规饭店、大饭店,一些国营饭店为什么不愿意经营早餐?结论几乎是一致的:无利可图,利润太少。但问题在于早餐供应是否真的就无利可图?结论不一定,问题是看你如何做。概括地讲,做为一个企业要想在早餐
