作者应用下颌运动轨迹描记仪。半可调式(牙合)架,以杏仁及小枣做试物,对10名壮年男女做了咀嚼功能试验,以验证在咀嚼运动中上下牙齿发生滑动接触的幅度及咬合平衡存在的问题。结果表明上下中切牙区牙齿滑动接触的幅度在工作侧杏仁与小枣者分别为1.93±0.65mm及2.73±0.52mm,在非工作侧为1.73±0.65mm与1.73±0.71mm,男女间无显著性差异。但工作侧与非工作侧,不论男女均有显著性差异、在尖牙及后牙间的滑动接触幅度由前向后逐渐减少。
