目的 研究 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者载脂蛋白 (Apo)∈2 等位基因与高脂蛋白血症 (HL P)的关系。方法 选择携∈2 的 2型 DM和非 DM患者各 2 4例及∈3/3 2型 DM患者 5 0例。采用 PCR/ ASO探针杂交技术检测 Apo E基因。结果 1∈ 2 2型 DM组 HL P发生率为 6 2 .5 % ,显著高于∈ 2 非 DM组 (33.3% )及∈3/3 2型 DM组 (36 % ) (P<0 .0 5 )。 2∈ 2 2型 DM组 HL P包括 b 型 (n=2 )、 型 (n=7)、 型 (n=6 ) ,而∈2 非 DM组包括 型 (n=1)、 型 (n=7)。 3与∈ 2非 DM组相比 ,∈2 2型 DM组及∈3/3 2型 DM组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著增高。∈3/3 2型 DM组脂蛋白 (a)明显高于其它两组。 4与∈ 2 2型 DM正常血脂组相比 ,∈ 2 2型 DM高脂血症组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 携∈ 2 的 2型 DM患者 ,尤其是代谢控制不良者易并发 HL P,Apo∈2 等位基因可能是 2型DM与 HL P之间的一个联系因素。
Objective To study the relationship between apolipoprotein (Apo) ∈ 2 allele and hyperlipoproteinemia (HL P) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). METHODS: Twenty-four patients with type 2 DM and non-DM patients and 50 patients with type ∈3 / 32 DM were enrolled in this study. Apo E gene was detected by PCR / ASO probe hybridization. Results The incidence of HL P in 1 2 type 2 DM group was significantly higher than that in ∈ 2 non - DM group (33.3%) and ∈ 3/32 DM group (36%) (P <0. 0) 5). 2 ∈ 2 2 DM group HL P includes type b (n = 2), type (n = 7), type (n = 6) 7). 3 Compared with ∈ 2 non-DM group, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of ∈2 2 DM group and ∈ 3/3 2 DM group were significantly increased. ∈3 / 32 type DM lipoprotein (a) was significantly higher than the other two groups. 4 Compared with the normal blood lipids group with ∈ 2 2, the levels of HbA1c and fasting blood glucose were significantly higher in the ∈ 2 2 DM hyperlipidemia group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Type 2 DM patients with ∈ 2, especially those with poor metabolic control, are susceptible to HLP. The Apo ∈ 2 allele may be a link between type 2 DM and HL P.
