本工作采用金相及机械性能试验法研究了微量Ce、La对Al-Li-Cu-Zr合金再结晶组织、室温拉伸性能及高温持久性能的影响.研究表明,在Al-Li-Cu-Zr(2090)合金中添加0.05~0.1%的Ce或La能明显抑制合金的再结晶过程,并获得均匀细小的再结晶组织.微量Ce或La的加入能显著减轻杂质元素Fe、Si、Na对合金室温拉伸性能的有害影响,并大大提高合金的高温持久寿命.
The effects of Ce and La on the recrystallization microstructure, tensile properties at room temperature and high temperature durability of Al-Li-Cu-Zr alloys were studied by using the metallographic and mechanical properties test methods. Adding 0.05 ~ 0.1% Ce or La into Zr (2090) alloy can significantly inhibit the recrystallization process and obtain uniform and fine recrystallized microstructure. The addition of trace Ce or La can significantly reduce the impurity elements such as Fe, Si and Na Tensile properties of the alloy at room temperature harmful effects, and greatly enhance the high temperature alloy life expectancy.
