3月14日下午,陕西省物价局召开“调整天然气价格”新闻发布会。省物价局价格处张凯旋处长就天然气价格调整的原因、调整方案作了说明。我国能源长期匮乏,目前探明天然气人均储量仅占世界的5％,而近几年消费增长却异常迅速,供需矛盾十分突出。加之石油、液化气、煤炭等能源价格的上涨,使天然气与可替代能源的比价不合理的问题凸显。长期偏低的天然气价格,不利于促进天然气资源节约和提高天然气利用效率。
March 14 afternoon, Shaanxi Provincial Price Bureau held a “price adjustment of natural gas” press conference. Director Zhang Kaixuan of Price Bureau at the Provincial Price Bureau explained the reason for the price adjustment of natural gas and the adjustment plan. China’s long-standing lack of energy, the current proven natural gas reserves per capita only 5% of the world, but in recent years, consumption growth has been extremely rapid, the contradiction between supply and demand is very prominent. Coupled with the rising prices of energy such as oil, liquefied petroleum gas and coal, the issue of unreasonable price-parity of natural gas and alternative energy is highlighted. Long-term low natural gas prices, is not conducive to promoting natural gas resource conservation and improve gas utilization efficiency.
