新课程标准的制订,标志着我国高中化学课程改革进入了一个新的历史阶段。在这个大前提下,高中化学教学设计必须注重(知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度和价值观)三维目标的落实,实现由重知识传授向重学生能力发展转变,由重教师教学内容选择向重学生学习方法指导转变,由统一规格的批发式教育向尊重差异性的零售式教育转变,在教学形式上对传统的模式有所突破、有所创新。
The formulation of the new curriculum standard marks that our country’s high school chemistry curriculum reform has entered a new historical stage. Under this premise, high school chemistry teaching design must pay attention to the fulfillment of three-dimensional goals (knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitudes and values), realize the transformation from heavy knowledge to high school students’ ability development, The emphasis is laid on how to guide the transformation of students’ study methods, from wholesale education of uniform specifications to changes of retail education that respect diversity, and to some breakthroughs and innovations in the traditional mode of teaching.
