目的:探讨总IgE在变应性鼻炎诊断中的作用以及其与特异性IgE之间的关系。方法:选择87例对蒿属花粉过敏的散发变应性鼻炎患者为实验组,80例健康者为对照组。蒿属花粉的特异性IgE水平的检测采用瑞典发玛西亚公司变应原体外检测系统,所有个体均检测血清中总IgE水平,采用德国罗氏公司的ElecsysSystem检测。结果:实验组血清总IgE的几何均数水平明显高于对照组(分别为0.185和0.050U/L,P<0.01);实验组血清总IgE同特异性IgE水平之间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血清总IgE水平对蒿属花粉过敏的变应性鼻炎患者的诊断有参考价值,但血清蒿属花粉特异性IgE水平同血清总IgE水平没有相关性,通过血清总IgE水平对特异性IgE水平进行预测的意义不大。
Objective: To investigate the role of total IgE in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis and its relationship with specific IgE. Methods: Eighty-seven patients with allergic rhinitis allergic to Artemisia were selected as experimental group and 80 healthy individuals as control group. The detection of specific IgE level of Artemisia pollen using the Swedish Alleged Allergen Detection System, all individuals were detected in serum total IgE levels using the German Roche ElecsysSystem test. Results: The geometric mean serum total IgE levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (0.185 and 0.050 U / L, respectively, P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between serum total IgE and specific IgE > 0.05). Conclusion: Serum total IgE levels may be valuable for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis patients with artemisia pollen allergy. However, there is no correlation between pollen-specific IgE levels in serum and serum total IgE levels. The level of prediction is of little significance.
