我们对职业能力内涵的认识是一个不断发展的过程,每一阶段都有相对应的考试模式。现代职业教育要求培养学生的综合职业能力,并以此为本位探讨职业教育考试的新模式。学生的学业评价就是教学效果的最好体现,利用这一反向机制,能够反映我们的教学效果是否达到了原先设定的教学目标,是否符合劳动力市场的需要,从而进一步改进我们的教学过程设计,促进职业教育的发展与改革。
Our understanding of the connotation of professional competence is a continuous process of development, with corresponding examination patterns at each stage.
