根据均质法理论,本文通过对两种不同类型的新型石膏混凝土墙板进行了构造分析和理论推导,提出了多步均质的简化计算方法,为解决复合墙板构成的大型整体结构计算问题提供了方法。并对复合墙板有限元模型与其简化模型计算结果进行比较分析,验证了该均质化计算方法的可行性与准确性。在此基础上,以18层住宅为例进行有限元模拟,建立了两种沿建筑高度方向采用不同类型复合墙板的结构体系。分析了在多遇地震和罕遇地震激励下,两种结构的频率、周期和时程分析中的位移、底部剪力的差异,得出了采用全孔灌与隔一孔灌结合的复合墙板结构体系在减小自身质量、节省材料的同时,具有比全孔灌墙板结构体系更好的抗震性能的结论。
