北京、天津的二十所高等學校教師三千餘人,在中央人民政府教育部的領導下,在九月下旬展開了以改造教師思想、改革高等教育爲目的學習運動。参加這次學習的包括北京大學、清華大學、師範大學、燕京大學、北京農業大學、輔仁大學、北方交通大學、華北大學工學院、協和醫學院、北京大學醫學院、天津大 Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education of the Central People’s Government, more than 3,000 teachers from 20 colleges and universities in Beijing and Tianjin started the study movement aimed at reforming teachers’ thinking and reforming higher education in late September.
