幼儿教育是我国教育体系中最基本的部分之一,幼儿教师的教学质量直接影响到幼儿未来的学习能力。而在高等教育中,学前教育肩负着培养幼儿教师的重任,应该加以重视。近年来,国内学前教育呈现出实用化发展的趋势,集中表现为教育理念、教育目标和教学模式等方面的转变。然而,由于传统学前教育模式的影响根深蒂固,我国学前教育现阶段的实用化发展进程仍然十分缓慢,教育实践过程中的人才培训模式、课程教学体系设置、应用能力培训平台等方面,都有待完善。基于此,研究以社会发展需求为导向,以发展实况为根据,尝试从人才培训模式、专业课程设置、实践应用能力提升等方面入手,探索推动学前教育专业实用化发展的策略。
Early childhood education is one of the most basic parts of our education system. The teaching quality of kindergarten teachers directly affects young children’s learning ability in the future. In higher education, preschool education shoulders the heavy responsibility of training preschool teachers and should be taken seriously. In recent years, the domestic pre-school education has shown a trend of practical development, focusing on the changes in educational philosophy, educational goals and teaching modes. However, due to the deep influence of the traditional preschool education model, the pragmatic development of the preschool education in our country is still very slow. The training model, the teaching system setting and the training platform for application ability in the process of educational practice need to be improved. Based on this, the research, based on the demand of social development and based on the development of reality, attempts to explore strategies to promote the practical development of preschool education from the aspects of personnel training mode, professional curriculum setup and practical application ability.
