一、裂解炉用轻质砖的基本情况我国自70年代初期先后引进建成数套乙烯装置,见表1。这些装置中的裂解炉所用耐火材料基本上全部为进口。有的裂解炉刚刚建成不久;有的已经运转了十年多,衬里耐火材料已到了寿命的末期,急待更换。同时乙烯国产化也存在着耐火材料立足于国内的问题,而用量最大的是轻质绝热砖。下面以北京前进化工厂、上海金山化工一厂乙烯炉为例,对引进的轻质砖情况加以分析。1.北京前进化工厂SRT-Ⅱ型轻柴油裂解炉在辐射段和对流段分别采用体积密度为0.86及0.51两种轻质绝热耐火砖。见表2.
