我院自１９９７年１１月～１９９８年１２月，应用国产改良Ｓａｖａｒｙ探条扩张器在非透视下内镜对１５例食管狭窄病人进行１８次扩张治疗，效果满意，报告如下。１一般资料 本组１５例中，男８例、女７例；年龄３２～７３岁。其中食管癌术后吻合口狭窄１１例，贲门癌术后吻合
In our hospital from November 1997 to December 1998, 18 cases of 15 esophageal stenosis patients underwent dilatation treatment with non-perspective endoscopic application of the domestic modified Savary probe expander. The results were satisfactory. The report is as follows. 1 General Information In this group of 15 cases, 8 males and 7 females; aged 32 to 73 years old. Among them, 11 cases of anastomotic stenosis after esophagectomy were treated with anastomosis of cardiac cancer.
