目的:观察脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)、N-亚硝基化合物(NOC)对昆明小鼠胃组织的潜在致癌作用。方法:通过隔日灌胃,给小鼠染毒DON和NOC,60d后处死小鼠,取胃组织制作HE病理切片,观察胃组织病理改变。结果:实验组胃组织息肉形成趋势、腺体轻度异形、深层上皮轻度异形阳性率分别与对照组进行χ2检验,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为19.3241、12.2176和29.8117,P均<0.01);DON+NOC组与DON组的深层上皮轻度异形出现率进行χ2检验,差异有统计学意义,χ2=8.5863,P=0.0034。结论:DON和NOC具有潜在的致癌作用,且两者联合可使肿瘤发病风险升高。
Objective: To observe the potential carcinogenic effects of deoxynivalenol (DON) and N-nitroso compounds (NOC) on the gastric tissues of Kunming mice. Methods: The mice were inoculated with DON and NOC by intragastric administration every other day. After 60 days, the mice were sacrificed and the histopathology of the stomach was made and the histopathological changes were observed. Results: The tendency of polyp formation in gastric tissue, slight abnormality of glandular body and mild abnormality of deep epithelium in experimental group were respectively compared with control group (χ2 test, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 19.3241, 12.2176 and 29.8117, P <0.01). There was a significant difference between two groups (χ2 = 8.5863, P = 0.0034). Conclusion: DON and NOC have the potential carcinogenic effect, and the combination of the two can increase the risk of cancer.
