Hyrcanoside (I) has an anti-leukemic effect on KB and P-366 cells and has recently been found to be a cardiotonic agent with slightly less toxicity than digoxin. Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) is a widely used tool in the formulation field. The method is simple, precise, rapid and versatile. This article describes flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of I, which reacts with picric acid in an alkaline medium to produce a colored product, which is measured at 486 nm. The authors used this method to determine the uniformity of the content of I in tablets. The optimal conditions of this method were also studied. The injection volume was 90μl, the flow rate was 0.6ml / min, the feedback coil was 1.5m, the total dispersion was D = 5.7, The rate is 60 / h. Ⅰ is stable in water. The calibration curve was linear at concentrations ranging from 10 to 400 μg / ml
