1钢丝绳无损检测现状钢丝绳无损检测方法很多,包括超声波检测法、声发射检测法、电涡流检测法、光学检测法、磁检测法等,其中只有磁检测法得到了实践和推广。在钢丝绳的无损检测中,根据缺陷的不同性质,通常将其缺陷分为两大类:LF型(局部缺陷型)和LMA型(截面积损失型)。其中LF型缺陷主要包括断丝、锈蚀斑点、局部形状异常等。LMA型缺陷主要包括磨损、锈蚀、钢丝绳绳径缩细等。
A non-destructive testing of steel wire rope Non-destructive testing methods are many, including ultrasonic testing method, acoustic emission testing method, eddy current testing method, optical testing method, magnetic testing method, of which only the magnetic detection method has been implemented and promoted. In wire rope nondestructive testing, defects are usually classified into two major categories, LF (Local Defect) and LMA (Cross Section Loss) depending on the nature of the defect. Among them, LF-type defects mainly include broken wires, corroded spots, and abnormal local shapes. LMA-type defects include wear and tear, rust, wire rope diameter reduction and so on.
