针对注塑机拉杆容易在螺纹位置发生早期断裂的问题,采用APDL语言建立拉杆三角形螺纹牙型与卸载槽、螺母牙型和模板整体有限元模型,运用有限元的非线性算法,分析拉杆三角螺纹端在纯拉伸时和既受拉又受定模板变形带来的偏载作用时的应力分布。计算结果表明:在考虑定模板变形带来的偏载作用时拉杆螺纹端的塑性变形区域远比纯拉伸时为宽,最大Von Mises应力也比纯拉伸时为大,偏载严重削弱了拉杆螺纹端的强度。
