在钻机升降系统中,2K-H行星传动绞车用得最广。由于应用已久,似乎在设计上已是很成熟的部件了,但细加推敲,还有不少问题值得商讨。譬如用内齿轮来带动卷筒好还是用转臂来带动好?至今没有定论。而我国设计的绝大部分钻机绞车是内齿轮带动卷筒的。这是否合理?再如刹车支点的反力与提升重物的作用力是在绞车轴的一侧好还是在两侧好?这一问题至今未见评论。由于对这些问题很少细加考虑,因而设计上就必然会出现不合理之处。本文针对上述两个问题作些分析。
In the rig lifting system, 2K-H planetary drive winches are used most widely. Because it has been used for a long time, it seems to be a very mature part in design. However, with careful consideration, there are still many issues that are worth discussing. For example, using internal gears to drive the drums or using the jibs to drive? There is no conclusion yet. Most of the rig winches designed by our country are internal gears that drive reels. Is this reasonable? Is the reaction force of the brake fulcrum and the force of lifting the weight better on one side of the winch axle or on both sides? This issue has not been reviewed so far. Due to the seldom careful consideration of these issues, there are bound to be irrationalities in the design. This article makes some analysis of the above two issues.
