档案利用工作展览会,确是一种很好的宣传形式和推动工作的一种有效方法。但工作中也有些问题,值得注意,这里谈谈几点个人意见: 一、档案利用工作展览会的规模不一定越大越好。我省有个市,办了四十四个舘;有个县办了十三个舘。其方法是先向下(厂矿、市区、公社等)布置舘的任务,分头筹办,集中展出。当然这样搞有声有势,对工作会起到一定的推动作用。但是也有这样一些现象,(一)因过去利用工作没有很好开展,现在拿出很多材料去展览,这只有临时大力发动群众突击编写,很难和实际需要结合起来,容易产生单纯任务观点;(二)一个基层单位搞一个馆在展品上必然有大量的重 Archives use of work exhibitions, is indeed a good form of advocacy and an effective way to promote the work.
