制粉系统是指将原煤磨制成粉,然后送入锅炉炉膛进行悬浮燃烧所需的的设备和连接管道的组合。制粉系统的主要任务是煤粉的磨制、干燥与输送。不同的煤种、不同类型的球磨机、不同负荷特征的锅炉,制粉系统的繁简程度和连接方式不同。对于中间仓储式制粉系统的磨煤机的运行方式在锅炉运行过程中有一定的独立性,并且其出力必须大于锅炉的燃烧量,才能保证磨煤机经常处于经济负荷下运行。制粉系统的出力,关系到整个热电厂的热效率。因此提高制粉系统的出力,是锅炉运行的首要问题。
Pulverizing system is a combination of equipment and connecting pipes required for pulverizing raw coal mill and then feeding it into a boiler furnace for suspension combustion. The main task of milling system is pulverizing, drying and conveying pulverized coal. Different types of coal, different types of ball mill, different load characteristics of the boiler, pulverizing system complexity and connectivity different ways. The operating mode of the coal pulverizer in the intermediate storage pulverizing system has certain independence during the operation of the boiler and its output must be greater than that of the boiler in order to ensure that the coal pulverizer is often operated under the economic load. The output of the milling system is related to the thermal efficiency of the entire thermal power plant. Therefore, improving the output of milling system is the primary problem of boiler operation.
