近年来,“虚假广告”已成为中国广告业发展的一大痼疾,并呈逐年增长趋势。虚假广告屡禁不止,虽然是各方面因素使然,但是广告人作为广告行业的把关人,其缺乏职业道德的规范和约束是一个难以回避的问题。所以,如何规范广告人的职业道德一直以来成为困扰整个行业的难题。如今,胡锦涛主席提出了建设社会主义新的道德观——八荣八耻,这一新荣辱观同样适用于广告行业。“
