本文指出当前中国移动农村市场存在的问题主要表现为网络覆盖不足、通信产品不合适、通信资费不合理、营销渠道不完善、服务和宣传不到位的问题。针对当前存在问题,用预测分析、统一管理等方案来解决网络覆盖问题;推出经济实用的终端产品、资费套餐等来解决通信产品不合适、资费不合理现象;营销渠道策略上侧重于实现农村自有服务厅功效一体化、逐步构建区域化营销渠道体系;利用多种形式进行宣传和服务营销。
This article points out that the problems existing in China Mobile rural market are mainly the problems of insufficient network coverage, inappropriate communication products, unreasonable communication charges, imperfect marketing channels and inadequate services and publicity. In view of the current problems, we use network solutions such as predictive analysis and unified management to solve the problem of network coverage. The introduction of economical and practical end products and tariff packages to solve the problem of inappropriate communication products and unreasonable tariffs. The marketing channel strategy focuses on rural self- A service hall function integration, and gradually build a regional marketing channel system; the use of various forms of publicity and service marketing.
