本文作者曾证明大剂量的17-β雌二醇减少离体子宫PGE样物质的合成和释放,同时促进PGF样物质的产生.设想雌二醇可能激活子宫的9-酮还原酶.因此就离体大鼠子宫这种酶的活性及卵巢类固醇对此酶活性的影响作了深入的研究.实验选用动情周期为四天切除卵巢的雌性Wistar大鼠.其所处环境温度和照明条件相同.卵巢切除术都在取出子宫前20~25天实行.将这些鼠随机分为四组:第一组,15只鼠连续两天皮下(SC)注射芝麻油0.2ml和30%乙醇0.2ml.第二组,10只鼠连续两天SC注射溶有4mg孕酮的0.2ml芝麻油.第三组,8只鼠SC注射溶有0.5μg17-β
The authors have demonstrated that high doses of 17-beta estradiol reduce the synthesis and release of isolated uterine PGE-like substances and promote the production of PGF-like substances.It is envisaged that estradiol may activate uterine 9-ketoreductase, Body rat uterus activity of this enzyme and ovarian steroids on this enzyme activity was studied in depth.Experimental use estrous cycle for four days in ovariectomized female Wistar rats in the same ambient temperature and lighting conditions.
