完整的飞机结构通常都是通过大量的机械紧固件连接而成,飞机结构最常见的破坏也就是连接结构破坏。而紧固件及孔的破坏是连接破坏的一种主要形式。目前,我国航空工业常用的资料手册中关于紧固件选用与许用值计算相关内容过于简单或过于保守。本文通过参考大量欧美常用的航空结构设计和分析资料手册,给出较详细准确的紧固件选用和许用值确定方法。
The complete aircraft structure is usually connected by a large number of mechanical fasteners, the most common aircraft structure damage is the destruction of the connection structure. The destruction of fasteners and holes is a major form of connection damage. At present, China’s aviation industry commonly used information manual on the selection of fasteners and allowable values related to the content is too simple or too conservative. In this paper, by reference to a large number of commonly used in Europe and the United States aviation structure design and analysis of data manuals, more detailed and accurate fastener selection and allowable value determination method.
