随着科学技术的不断发展,通信行业的实现了全面的改革和发展,但企业的发展面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。通信行业的发展需要全面性的技术人才,这也给通信行业的人力资源管理带来了巨大挑战。我国通信行业的人才管理依然停留在原来模式上,阻碍了通信行业的健康快速发展。因此需要根据通信行业的人力资源管理现状提出相应的人力资源管理办法,提高通信行业人才的质量,为企业发展培养更多优秀人才。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the communications industry has achieved a comprehensive reform and development, but the development of enterprises is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The development of the communications industry requires a comprehensive range of technical personnel, which also poses a great challenge to the human resources management in the communications industry.
