我厂是一个中型棉纺织厂,几年来,特别是粉碎“四人帮”以来,厂党委遵照党中央的伟大战略部署,抓纲治厂,使企业面貌焕然一新,生产蒸蒸日上,企业管理水平不断提高.一九七七年,八项经济技术指标都达到和超过本厂历史最好水平,其中税利比文化大革命前接近翻了一番;一九七八年八月份百元产值积累率达到41.71%,创我厂历史最高记录.目前,我厂一年积累的资金,就可以建设一个同等规模的纺织厂. 在加强财务管理,努力提高盈利方面,我们主要抓了以下几项工作: 一、学大庆,坚持“三个面向”、“五到现场”.
