[目的]制备杀虫剂残杀威(propoxur)人工抗原以及免疫效价的检测。[方法]将杀虫剂残杀威,通过戊二醛法与载体鸡卵清蛋白OVA相偶联,所得的半抗原偶联物为免疫原,用紫外光谱、红外光谱扫描分析所制备的人工抗原,然后免疫小鼠检测效价。[结果]将制备的抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠,免疫后采血测其效价,即通过酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测免疫小鼠所产生的抗体,检测结果为阳性。[结论]小鼠产生独特型抗体。 [Objective] The experiment was to prepare artificial insecticide propoxur artificial antigen and test its immune potency. [Method] The insecticide was killed, and the hapten conjugate was used as immunogen by glutaraldehyde method coupled with carrier chicken ovalbumin OVA. The prepared artificial antigen was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum , And then immunized mice to detect the titer. [Results] BALB / c mice were immunized with the prepared antigens. The titer was determined by blood sampling after immunization, that is, the antibodies produced by the immunized mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the result was positive. [Conclusion] Mice produce unique antibodies.
