对于小批量多品种的工程机械厂商,由于无法采用电泳等较好的底漆喷涂工艺、无法采用更多的生产模具的情况下,难以控制产品的表面粗糙度质量,因此使用嵌填材料原子灰的范围难以得到有效控制。针对在小型机械结构件涂装过程中大量使用腻子遇到的问题,针对性做了相关试验,用简单、低成本的设备,尽可能地改善涂装前处理工艺流程以及涂装过程中的质量控制,在厚板结构件上不使用原子灰,取得良好的涂装外观效果和防护性能。
