外耳道胆脂瘤(external auditory canal chol-esteatoma,EACC)是外耳道所积蓄的含有胆固醇结晶脱落上皮团块所致的外耳道疾病。本病既可以局限于外耳道,也会侵犯乳突及中耳,易与外耳道角化表皮栓及中耳胆脂瘤相混淆〔1〕。笔者近5年收治26例(门诊治疗2例),其发病特点及临床过程
External auditory canal cholesteatoma (EACC) is a pathological condition of the external auditory canal caused by cholesterol crystallized shedding epithelial mass accumulated in the external auditory canal. The disease can be confined to the external auditory meatus, but also violations of the mastoid and middle ear, and easy with the external auditory meatus epidermal embolus and middle ear cholesteatoma confused 〔1〕.
