目的:建立草珊瑚药材HPLC特征指纹图谱分析方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Agilent ZorbaxEclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-甲醇(1∶9)-0.5%甲酸溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长344 nm;柱温40℃。结果:建立了草珊瑚药材HPLC特征指纹图谱共用模式,标定了20个共有峰,并指认了7个主要色谱峰。通过主成分聚类分析,46个不同产地草珊瑚药材可分为5类。结论:该方法快速,可较全面的反映草珊瑚药材中化学成分的信息,为草珊瑚药材的质量控制提供了科学实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for HPLC fingerprint analysis of herbs in Coralia sinensis and provide a basis for its quality control. Methods: Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-methanol (1:9) -0.5% formic acid. The detection wavelength was set at 344 nm. Results: A HPLC fingerprint was established to determine the common peaks of 20 species and identified seven major peaks. By principal component analysis, 46 different areas of grass coral herbs can be divided into five categories. Conclusion: This method can quickly and completely reflect the chemical constituents in the coral herbs and provide a scientific experimental basis for the quality control of the coral herbs.
