基于中国典型的电子政务——金税工程的业务实践,以社会交换理论为基础,构建了政府满意度的形成机理模型,利用408份有效样本数据,使用Smart-PLS软件对模型中的路径关系进行了验证。研究发现政府满意度的形成机制是:服务质量和社会公平通过分别影响代理商满意度和系统满意度,进而最终影响政府满意度。研究结果为政府在电子政务中构建和提升政府满意度提供了具体思路。
Based on the business practice of the typical e-government-Golden Tax Project in China, and based on the theory of social exchange, a formation mechanism model of government satisfaction is constructed. By using 408 valid sample data and using Smart-PLS software to model the path relationship Verified. The study found that the formation mechanism of government satisfaction is that the quality of service and social equity affect the government satisfaction by affecting the satisfaction of agents and system respectively. The results provide a concrete idea for the government to build and enhance government satisfaction in e-government.
