本文对具有常规直叶片和周向倾斜25°叶片的压气机平面叶栅进行了吹风实验,叶片叶型是NACA 65系列的大转角叶型。还应用墨迹法进行流场显示,从出口测量结果和流场显示照片可见:叶片正倾斜可以消除压气机叶栅的壁角失速,叶片负倾斜却使壁角失速加大。同时本文还从涡动力学角度分析了消除壁角失速及减少损失的机理。
In this paper, a blower experiment was carried out on a compressor plane cascade with a conventional straight blade and a circumferentially inclined 25 ° blade. The blade leaf type is a large-angle leaf type of the NACA 65 series. The ink flow method is also used to display the flow field. From the results of the outlet measurements and the flow field, it can be seen that the positive inclination of the blade can eliminate the stalling of the corner of the compressor cascade and the negative inclination of the blade causes the stalling of the corner greater. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the mechanism of eliminating wall stall and reducing loss from the perspective of eddy dynamics.
